How it is calculated
Pivot = (high + low + close) / 3.
Resistance 1 = 2 x pivot - low. Support 1 = 2 x pivot - high.
Resistance 2 = pivot + (high - low). Support 2 = pivot - (high - low).
Resistance 3 = high + 2 x (pivot - low). Support 3 = low - 2 x (high - pivot).
Each level is rounded to the paisa once.
Assumptions
- These are the classic levels, worked from one period's high, low and close.
- A level below 0 is shown as 0, because a price cannot go below it.
- The levels describe what a period did. They are not a forecast and do not say what to trade.
